MT Lab is a manufacturer of UV gels and nail polishes for third parties, MADE IN ITALY, specializing in the nail reconstruction sector, the marketing of cosmetic products, and tools/equipment for nail technicians. We assist our clients in selecting their products and oversee the design and realization of the line, taking care of all aspects: from product production, to packaging and graphic design, up to the completion of the finished product. Additionally, we provide assistance for product registration on the CPNP portal (European portal for cosmetic product notification). Supply of products by the kilogram, "no label" products, and the creation of customized lines under your brand. In our chemical research laboratory, we develop innovative formulations of gels and UV/LED products, acryl-gel, colored gels, and professional quality semi-permanents. MT Lab products are an exclusive Italian production created through the collaboration of the nail technician team with the chemists from the R&D Laboratory. Our products do not contain: formaldehyde, toluene, DBP (dibutyl phthalate), or camphor. All MT Lab UV gel production complies with relevant European regulations and possesses certification for compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 22716 standards. The production of products and packaging is entirely Made in Italy at our facility.
