In 1917, Paul Zazadze, a Georgian immigrant who founded the Zaza Group, quickly became one of the major traders in Tahtakale with his work discipline and business ethics. In 1930, he began producing razors. He also started manufacturing cosmetic products at the factory in Bomonti and Tahtakale. Today, the Zaza brand, which is part of Kartal Çelik, a company of the Zaza Group, has made history as the third razor brand in the world and the first in Turkey. Paul Zazadze established Personna Shaving Products and Cosmetics Inc. in 2009. The company serves as the local office for Edgewell (Personna International - USA), SWS Wilkinson Sword - Germany, and PDC (Parfums de Coeur - USA) in Turkey, distributing their products to National Chains and all Wholesale channels. These products can also be found on Tirassepetim.com, a leading personal care website established by the company in 2014. Today, Personna Shaving Products successfully serves many clients, including BİM, Migros, Carrefour, Gratis, Watsons, Metro, and A101, with brands such as Wilkinson, Body Fantasies, Bodycology, Bod Man, as well as private label products.
