Our olive groves are located near Sparta in Laconia, in a dominant olive-growing region that considers the olive tree sacred, renowned for its ideal climatic conditions and exceptional natural environment (PGI - Protected Geographical Indication). The organic farming certification is provided by the certification body BIO - HELLAS, in accordance with all European regulations on organic agriculture, with number A-411008. In compliance with the ISO 22000:2005 standard regarding food hygiene and safety, we implement a HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) quality management system. Our facilities have been approved by the Ministry of Rural Development and Food with the alphanumeric approval number EL 40 360. Additionally, our company is recognized by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) of the United States, with registration number 15959229376. In our cultivation, a system is evolving daily.
