Our company was officially established in 1974 in Karadeniz Ereğli. Our family has been active in the industry for over 50 years. We started our commercial activities as a spice shop in the Pazaryeri district of Zonguldak Ereğli. In 1999, the company was expanded under the name AK Ticaret, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust in the products with high sales rates, and began promoting the VHP brand in Turkey and worldwide. From the past to the present, we have maintained our work discipline, prioritizing customer satisfaction at every stage from product procurement to production, packaging, and distribution. Additionally, our franchise brands include Lokman Efendi, VA Cosmetics, Çerez Borsası, and Bitkim Kafe. We safely deliver thousands of product varieties to every corner of Anatolia through 9 branches, our website, and 12 franchises. Ak Baharat has diversified into the construction, automotive, real estate, media, and jewelry sectors, forming a Group of Companies and consolidating its activities under the VHP Group. As of today, our commercial activities continue as franchises in Istanbul, Sakarya, Düzce, and Zonguldak, with Karadeniz Ereğli as our headquarters. Our company primarily engages in the wholesale and retail trade of products that we produce ourselves.
